Roman Holiday - Joy

The classic movie keeps up to its expectations. A Sheer Romantic comedy. The movie deserves the adoration that it very well enjoys. The movie gives a clear perspective into the life in 50s to some extent and very well is able to communicate the kind of bounds and turmoils a royal family member would have. Gregory Peck performs well. Audrey Hepburn is brilliant in her first Hollywood movie. Pssst... She is my latest crush. :) Elegant, Charming and Cute. Except for her extra bold eyebrows, which i presume must have been in style those days, she is fantabulous.
Set in the 50s in Rome the movie talks about the escapade of Anya, the Royal princess of some European country where she meets up with an equally handsome, but broke American Newspaper, Mr. Bradley. She tries to hide her identity and so does he. She lives and does all that she wanted to ever do in her life. And he rides the chariot hoping to make a quick buck with an exclusive write-up about the princess. As anyone can guess the get close to each other in that one day and they have to return to their own lives. But how it changes them and what happens to the write up is something you gotta see for yourself.
